Practice and Extend

Practice builds confident readers. In Session 2, students review and apply what they learned in Session 1.

Student Worktext activities provide practice in letter formation, phonics (i.e., encoding), word analysis, and high-frequency words.

At the end of Session 2, students apply their new and previously learned phonics, high-frequency words, and fluency skills to a Connected Text.
